ASM’s professional staff has published award winning books, professional papers, and technical reports, and well as participating in and presenting their research in national conferences and publishing in professional journals. ASM’s technical reporting has won multiple awards from the Association of Environmental Professionals for Outstanding Technical Report and Survey. ASM’s professional staff was also awarded the “Thomas H. King Award for Excellence in Cultural Resource Management” for a report on the Silurian Valley produced for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This report also drew praise from the State Historic Preservation Officer and the Bureau of Land Management. ASM also received an award for excellence in interpretive exhibition from the San Diego Historical Resources Board for an archaeological materials exhibit at the San Diego International Airport.
